How long does the image processing take?
Each child can receive up to 25 photos. Depending on the size of the facility, there are a lot of photos that need to be edited. Therefore, it usually takes 1-4 weeks for the images to go on sale.
How do I know that the paintings are for sale?
You will receive an email to the email address you used to register your child that the pictures are now online. Depending on the agreement with the daycare management, the parents will also receive a card with their personal order information.
How can I order photos?
If you have received an e-mail with access data, then click on the button in the e-mail, which will take you to the album. You will then be taken to the "Customer Login" page. Enter your access data here, i.e. the e-mail address (with which you registered your child) and the password that you received.
I rarely order online – how can I order photos here?
In a photo album, choose a photo that you like and click on it. Then select the product of your choice, enter the number and click on the button: "Add to shopping cart". Once you have placed all the photos you like in the shopping cart, click on "Shopping Cart" at the top right and follow the further instructions.
How do I order the free group photo?
You can find the group photos in the menu under "Individual products" in the group photos album.
-> On the left under my logo there are 3 fields "Overview" "Savings packages" and "Individual products" - on the mobile phone it is only called "Products".
-> Below is the group photo - select the group photo you want to download.
-> Next to the group photo, 3 fields appear "Premium Matt print" and "Photo download". (On the cell phone you will find these 3 fields directly below the group photo.)
-> You can now download the group photo free of charge under the "Photo download" field. Note: not only 1 group photo is free, but all!
Where can we see the status of our order such as receipt of money, production or shipping date?
The easiest way is to click on the link in the order email. Alternatively, you can log in with a password and your e-mail address at "PASSWORD LOGIN" under "Customer login". You can find the order details under "My Account".
Can we order sibling pictures together?
Yes! Under Access code login, click on "Did you receive another access code?". You can enter a maximum of five access codes at the same time. This will unlock all available photos. You can order combined and save shipping costs.
Photos from the sibling afternoon
If photos were taken on the sibling afternoon, you will also find the photos in your gallery. However, the voucher codes and the package prices CANNOT be combined for the single photos and the sibling photos in the afternoon.
Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the image?
Naturally! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.
What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We work exclusively with selected specialist laboratories. These specialist laboratories use high-quality materials from well-known suppliers in order not to compromise on quality. Should an error nevertheless occur, we will of course take care of it.
Can you adjust the image section?
Yes. You can do this in the shopping cart. If you reduce the image section, an enlargement of the respective area is created. Pay attention to the stars, which show you whether the resolution of the photo is sufficient for enlargement. You can also crop a photo so nothing is cut off from the subject.
I ordered. What's next?
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation with an invoice by e-mail. You will only receive your photo products AFTER payment.
-> IMPORTANT FOR ALLOCATING YOUR PAYMENT: State the exact purpose so that your payment can be allocated correctly. If this is not done, the whole process will take longer.
How can I pay?
Various payment options are available. Payment in advance by bank transfer, Paypal and credit card.
You will only receive the images after payment has arrived – regardless of whether they are prints or downloads. Paying with Paypal and credit card is faster than if the transfer has to be checked first.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the payment method. When paying by PayPal and direct debit, the order is processed directly.
Advance payments usually take 3-4 days longer. On the other hand, the delivery time depends on the selected products. You can find the production times in the respective product information.
• It can take up to 14 days for the payment to be allocated.
• The images are then made available for download immediately; in the case of print products, they go to the laboratory for production. • Prints and posters will be sent directly to your home within 14 days.
Availability
The photos can be ordered one month after they are published in the gallery. The photos will then be deleted to save storage space.
Watermark
The watermark on the photos is for protection only. If you order the photos, the watermark on the photos will be removed. Both for downloads and print products.
Delivery time
After receipt of payment, the photos will be sent to your home immediately. The delivery time for most products is 2-3 days. You can download digital downloads directly.
Quality
The photos are exposed by our specialized laboratory. We only use high-quality and durable materials. The Silk paper in particular is suitable for portraits.
